The VIII Week of the Italian Cuisine in the World (November 13-19) is approaching,

and we’re more than excited to invite you to one of our most awaited events of this year!

prepared by Chefs Claudio Schiavone and Salvatore Pavone! 

 

Let us whet your appetite with a small tasting of Italian delicacies offered by Alice Noel Fabi (food consultant and Creative Director at Bellina Alimentari), who will also give us a mouthwatering lecture in Italian called Biodiversità del gusto: Il Carso, regno di pietra (Biodiversity of taste: Karst, kingdom of stone).

 

Last but not least, Massimiliana Affanni Tomaselli (Accademia Italiana della Cucina | Delegazione di Malta) will present Storia della Cucina Italiana a Fumetti | Dalle tagliatelle etrusche al tiramisù: an entertaining comic book for all ages to learn all about the fascinating history of Italian cuisine and eventually experiment with some of the dishes!
