It is the second Tuesday of the month and Dott. Anna Porcheddu is delighted to welcome today’s guest, Patricia Salomone.
Patricia Salomone is a now very well known figure in Maltese society, for her charitable works and fundraising activities. She has also performed in Theatre, written articles, helped launch the world of fashion in Malta and still found time to produce and present programmes on Television Malta. She produced various radio programmes for which she won nominations and a first prize by the Broadcasting Authority for Cultural/Educational programmes in 1998.
A big favourite was Palermo mill-Hotel Delle Palme, a 14- programme series taking listeners along imaginary walks through the ancient and elegant city of Palermo.
Having an Italian mother, she has a deep understanding of things Italian, so tonight, as a special treat for us, she will reprise her stroll along Palermo’s ancient, Baroque and Art Deco sites.
And to finish a glass of wine and a little something from Sapori Siciliani!
