A contemporary art exhibition. Artworks by Venice Castrogiovanni, Alessia Minuto, Sara Rao e Marina Tenerelli
The painting Ritratto di donna by Renato Guttuso was the source of inspiration behind this collective exhibition of contemporary art by four Italian female artists residing here in Malta.
The cultural vitality of the Maltese archipelago has always attracted from Italy many young artists with a strong desire to express themselves beyond the border of their country. For this reason, the Italian Cultural Institute and the International Association “Pugliesi nel mondo” collaborated to give voice to these young and promising artists by organizing an exhibition of artworks that move from the painting of Sara Rao, to the illustrations by Alessia Minuto, to the street art by Marina Tenerelli and to the installations by Venice Castrogiovanni.
The exhibition will be inaugurated with a reception on July 2 and will be open to public until July 16 during the opening hours of the Italian Cultural Institute.
