Rassegna cinematografica retrospettiva
Directed by Massimo Troisi (Italy, 1987 – colours, 115’ min. Comedy. Language: Italian)
Starring Massimo Troisi, Massimo Bonetti, Jo Champa
In one of the many small villages of Italy during the Fascist period, the young Camillo pretends to be paralyzed in order to be pitied by women and his friends. However his life is bound to the life of the French woman Vittoria. Vittoria met an English man and seems like is going to be married to him. In this fourth film, Troisi tries to put up a more polished story than the comedies he directed up to that moment. The film won two Nastri d’ Argento, also thanks to the beautiful musical score by Pino Daniele.
