The Magic Box
It’s the second Tuesday of the month, it’s 6.30 pm, so it must be The Magic Box at the Italian Cultural Institute, an appointment you can’t miss! Continuing the programme, Dott. Porcheddu is delighted to present the topic of March: L’ortopedia …. resa facile.
This month we give a warm welcome to Prof. Ugo Orestano, consultant orthopedic surgeon. He was born in Genoa, but his mother, a surgeon, was from Sicily, and his father, a pharmacologist was from Genoa, and still nowadays his life is in different parts of the world. He is a consultant with St James Hospital, both here in Malta and in Libya, and he directs the orthopedic ward of a private hospital, Casa di cura Argento, in Catania. Prof. Orestano is a specialist in hip, knee, shoulder, elbow, hand and foot surgery. But don’t worry! His presentation is really easy to follow and amusing: Prof. Orestano has a great sense of humour.
It will be an informal evening as usual, though, so questions are welcomed. Afterwards we’ll chat over a glass of wine and a little something. Everyone is welcome and entrance is free.
