“Magic Box”

With the Lettore, at the Italian Cultural Institute

It’s the second Tuesday of the month, it’s 6.30 pm so it must be “The Magic Box” at the Italian Cultural Institute! We have now had four of our monthly events and you know that the 5th is going to be every bit as interesting. We have seen the return of many of our old friends and many new ones, and we hope to meet even more new friends this month. You will be in for a great treat this month as we will turn our attention to something very close to all our hearts. And our stomachs!

This evening we are pleased to welcome to the institute some friends you will know but may not have met. On several of our evenings we have been treated to the finest pizza in Malta to have with our wine. Tonight we welcome “Lo Spuntino”, with Cristiano Bagnaschi e Carmelo Fiori.

This evening’s talk will be entitled “Storia della pizza e delle pizze oggi” and Cristiano and Carmelo will be telling us a little about pizzas; how they developed and hopefully the secret of good pizza.

And of course we will join them afterwards for an informal chat over a glass of wine and a “few samples”.
