The temple site of Tas-Silġ has been excavated by the Missione Archeologica Italiana a Malta since 1963. These excavations have made it possible to understand the various phases of a site that has been in use from the Temple Period up to Medieval times. This open day will offer an exclusive opportunity for visitors to get to know the site with the guidance of members of the Missione.

This open day is being held in collaboration with the Missione Archeolgica Italiana, the Italian Embassy in Malta and the Istituto Italiano di Cultura.
